i installed app world and then got BBM from there. once you install BBM again i got the option to redownload my contacts i had. U get an email sent to you and then it re-add your contacts.

How to restore BBM contacts in two easy steps:

1) Take a deap breath and regain your composure.

2) Restore from the backup you should have made using Desktop Manager using Advanced Restore. It's usually located under Blackberry Messenger.

Ive also lost facebook and appworld, and I am getting that error message when i try to install appworld. Ive downloaded and installed facebook about a half a dozen times from the application center and from rim's website and it just never shows up anywhere. It says that it is installed but I can't find it. ideas?

Ok so I did two manual battery pulls on both phones and have app world as well as bbm working.
Still trying to restore the contact lists but it's running with no errors on both...
