I do believe CT is referring to Conneticut in the OP. And I wouldn't get my hopes up. Most likely the rep did not read very well and see that his information said 7 PST, which, as has been stated is 10. That's what I'm putting my money on...

I'm pretty sure the OP was referring to the State of Connecticut... not Central time.
Now is this OS update only going to be for the Storm, or are the phones on the 5.0 list all going to get the final builds?

it's out when it's out. if you want to plug your phone in tonight to see if it's there, go for it. if you want to plug your phone in tomorrow to see if it's there, go for it.
either way, you have 2 options - tonight... or tomorrow. or he||, here's a 3rd option - wait until Tuesday and you won't have to worry about if it's sunday, monday, 6pm, eastern, central, Toronto, Mickey Mouse, whatever.
