I've having problems adding all of my friends to bbm. Is this because I updated to the latest one and they haven't yet? My wife has a verizon pearl and I have a sprint tour and we do not get each others requests...

Any ideas?

Both of the devices have BlackBerry Data Plan correct? If so, try doing a battery pull on both devices, and then sending the requests again, making sure that you are requesting the correct pin numbers.

Yeah we've tried the requests multiple times but its not just her pone that is not getting my request...its multiple people...

Yup yup. And I'm able to bbm some of my contacts just not all of them.
