    Ok...so the 8330 is getting OS 5.0 Does this mean the 8330m WILL or MIGHT get it?

    The 8330m has the same amount of memory (or more) as the regular 8330 right?

    8330m is getting the update it has more than enough memory and its on the official rim update list

    sorry but I dont see the 8330m anywhere on that list.........

    I really do not think there m will get a 5.0 OS. I mean nothing has even leaked for it yet. Why leak 5.0 for the 8330 and keep the m hidden? If there was a 5.0 build for it you would think it would be out by now.

    8330m will get it. Who would provide an update for 1st generation and not the 2nd? It also meets the memory requirements necessary.

    If 8330m gets the update, I will run through the streets, nude, for 5 minutes ..in celebration of OS 5 !..and then I'll be tased by the cops, but I will still hold my blackberry in hand.

    i forgot the 8330m isnt on the list but im pretty sure its getting the update lol

    just be patience upgrade to .175 and wait it out like the rest of us are lol it makes no sense that the 8330 is gettig it and not the new version 8330m

    This is definitely such a noob question, but on the list it says that your phone must have 64 mb of memory, I have the 8330 and and right now I only have like 38659137 bytes. Is this ok?

    Yes that requirement is for the phones over all memory you only see a small part of the free memory because the OS takes up so much room.

    Just curious...why was this moved to the Beta/Hybrid? There IS NO beta/hybrid of OS 5 for the 8330m....and I was discussing it in the 83xx Forum...after noticing the 8300 WOULD get OS 5.0....Maybe I am confused and wrong but...it was in the right place and is now in the wrong place.....Sorry to be picky.

    I think it was moved here because it's a discussion about the OS and not the phone itself. That and any 8330 OS is Beta.

    They won't taze u unless u run at them...lol. And you won't be holding ur berry in hand, u will be trying to breath through the pain. Trust me it hurts real, real bad. Oh and keep away from any puddles of liquid cause ur berry will suffer.
