If you haven't installed the apps themselves, those are just launchers to download and install the programs. They are pushed launchers from your carrier, and will return when service books are next sent to the device. Best suggestion is to hide them, or stick them in a folder you don't use.
If you have installed them, you can uninstall through Options>Applications, or through DM. The icons will remain however.
I created folder named "crapware", and place all launchers in it. I then hide the folder. Then, if I decide I want to install a given app, I can go back and Show All.
'Course, leaving on the Home screen works also, but I think the folder is a cleaner option. Plus you don't have to hide every icon.
