Im attempting to re-install Google Voice OTA after wiping and updating my 9000 to the latest official release. Every time I click the Install Now link on my phones browser, it just cycles back to the install now page... anyone else having this problem?

Ditto and the Google Search app doesn't even show as an option. When I go to m.google.com/search to get it directly it takes me to the mobile google site

I actually use my google voice for work when calling customers. I dont want customers to have my actual cell phone (they are prone to calling at all hours of the night) and I can turn google voice off at night and on weekends. I miss it!

As a short term "fix" you can still use all the features of your Google Voice from the web @ https://www.google.com/voice

I am running into the SAME issues (8830). Not only that, what I did notice was that if I try to get to the Google Voice download page using Opers from the phone it says my phone is not compatible. Funny, I was running it on my phone for the past 6 months and it worked fine?

I actually did a backup of my phone prior to wiping out and needing to do a full re-install. Is there any way to find the Google Voce App somewhere on my computer to re-install?

Same here with Google Search & Voice.

I'm a bit pissed off right now. It has been a very painful 24 hours
attempting to restore my 9630 and it will never be 100%. I am at
the pioint where I'm going to abandon the backups/etc and start
    from scratch.

I wish we'd hear something from RIM regarding this problem, even if it's
just a warning that a problem exists.

I love this platform however between the trackball problems
I had (my device was replaced 2 times) and the BBM/OS issues,
I think that RIM is really letting us down. No wonder Apple's
stock has gone up 50% and RIM's down 10% in the same period
    of time this year...

Hurry it up Google... This isn't good. Did anyone actually ever create an OTA aside from Google? Maybe somewhere here someone might have posted one up for Beta OS? Time to browse around now....

I also have it on my 8350i, is their anyway to transfer from 8350i to 9630?

Anyone find a solution to this yet? I too have been running it, but fell victim to wiping my Berry trying to get BBM5 loaded and now can't download. Unbelieveable

Did anyone make a backup of their 3rd party apps that it can be reloaded from (via desktop manager)?

I have it installed on my Storm(0.1.5), Tour (v0.1.415), and my 8330m (v0.1.415).

I don't have it on my 8900, but would really like to put it on the 8900 after wiping and installing OS v5

Yeah, that is the link on the m.google.com/voice page that kept reloading instead of downloading the app.

I just read in the Google Help forum that it appears to be fixed.

    Thanks!

And indeed it is fixed, and its installing on my 8900 right now

When viewing the normal m.google.com/voice highlighting the link for install now... and using the bb's menu option of "link address" shows that same url.

But still thank you for the effort, and letting us know it was working!
