I am on a curve 8330 with OS 5.
When I try to install via the website, AppWorld does not automatically open the file. And now after looking I cannot even seem to find an icon to open AppWorld.
Should I install the AppWorld via the same site, and if I do won't it downgrade and be nonfunctional?
OPTIONS?? I NEED THIS.

APP world will NOT work...

Wait for OTA or manual download...

sending to your email only sends the like to the app world download... waste of time for us.

I have o.s. v. 5.0.0.238 for Curve 8900 - download was fine - install took a little bit of time - after the reboot all is working good - no problems as of yet

Yep. App World gave me an error saying can't connect to server. Could really use a download without having to use App World.

It WILL work on OS 5 for the curve.. we just need an alternative way to get it on our phones.

When was 5.0.0.238 released? I'm running 5.0.0.230 and when I click "Open with AppWorld" it says the link cannot be run.
Don't want to reinstall AppWorld from the site because I don't think it will work for OS 5.
Ideas?
