Just wondering how everybody says they have at least 35mb+ of memory but I can't get my phone above 27.8. I have my menu list clean just 4 items on the main screen and everthing else is put in folders. I only have 5 apps; google maps, poynt, you tube, facebook, and Slacker. I do a battery pull 2-3 times a week. I will say though its holding steady at 27.8 but just can't get anymore. Any suggestions? Just curious how people have more room than me with twice as many apps.

Shrink the OS (if you haven't) and you should kick up over 30; of course, you could always just get rid of apps. [and moving things into folders doesn't help]

Ok I will try to shrink the OS and reinstall it. And I didn't think moving the stuff in folders would help. I just read it in another forum and figured I would try it. Thanks for the help!

That is kinda low, I booted up more than that with a lot more apps unshrunk. I agree, try a wipe, shrink and install. I have over 20 apps including huge ones like worldmate, shrunk os and booting at 38 still. Good luck!

Mine runs about 25 to 27 on .230. It was about 42 when I had .151. But you know what...it runs faster and smoother on the 25 running .230 than it did when I had 40+. I'd guess that if you spent a few more hours messing with yours and got it up to 45, you would not see a single improvement over what you have right now. As long as your not below 10 or 12, this phone runs fine.
