The 8900 beat out the bold for me. Better cam, higher res display, not so bulky... Ultimately, it was the use of UMA that made up my mind. This saves me a lot of money every month as I no longer need a home phone. I do however prefer the keyboard of the Bold, but that isn't enough for me. I like the look of the 8900 a little better too, seems a little sexier. But I think for you, since you take a lot of picture, I think you would notice the 3.2MP cam of the 8900 will out-perform the bold by a large margin.

Whenever someone asks this question, I always say.. If you need 3G then the bold is for you.. If not the the 8900 for sure. Hi-res sceen, better camera, more mem, UMA.

Go for the 8900, you will not regret it. Smaller size, better camera, more memory and better battery life.
I also have the Bold but it is the 8900 I carry around with me and use the most.
