Hi all. So I got a replacement phone yesterday. Long story short, I thought I had read that there was a method to forcing Rhapsody to refresh licenses for all Rhapsody To Go music residing on a phone's device memory or media card as long as the device is athorized. (and my new phone is now authorized).
I think the method had something to do with deleting the DRM folder on the device. Where is that?
(P.S. I did a full restore of my device memory after getting the replacement, so yes the old DRM folder is on it.)
