Im still kinda new to the whole crackberry experience but gaining ground everyday...however here is my dilemma. I am in the "music industry"...and I have clients send me files via email that are in mp3 format...of cousre on my computer they download no problem, but on my BB i get "unknown error download cancelled"...I have recieved numerous other attachments in emails without a problem...jpegs, powerpoints, pdf, etc...but for some reason it wont let me download these mp3 attachments...does anyone know why? I have the 8310 from att...any help would be appreciated

I think that you have to convert them to mp4's.

so when someone sends them to me they should convert them to mp4 prior to emailing? I will try this and see if it works thanks for the advice.
