Just got my 8900 today but unfortunately, the data plan isn't activated yet

i wanna download something via OTA. can do this over WI-FI or do i really need to have the data plan before i can do this.

you can use WIFI.... why aint the BIS active yet?

if you already added it on... do a battery pull and it should work!

yep have 8320 with no SIM and i downlaod many OTA apps over wifi
