From what I'm seeing and reading on the Bell/Telus 3G Overlay that's going on, when their new network is operational, they will finally be able to enable Pic/Vid messaging on the network. They just don't have enough space on the network for smartphone messaging atm. Better than AT&T since they just dove right in and screwed themselves harder than acme parachute lol.
Until that happens, you can still send and receive mms messages from their website at telusmobility.com, however you have to do it all from your computer, not your phone.
