A title change would have helped, but either way...I find it quite odd that this phone is being offered for FREE so soon.

Umm The phone shows up as free but the plans are disappointing. I'd be better off buying the phone outright than taking it for free. I called letstalk last week when they were offering the Tour for only $30 to inquire about the "pick any 5" and they told me I'd have to go through Verizon Wireless for that plan. It would still work well for some I'm sure but not really allowing you to take advantage of all the phone features is kinda pointless to me. I think I'm going to steer clear of Wal-Mart and Letstalk altogether since I want the features the phone and carrier offers. The penalties for ending your contract within 6 months would be pretty harsh: "Failure to maintain the minimum qualifying service plan for 181 days may subject the purchaser to a $250 chargeback if such action results in the loss of carrier commissions by LetsTalk.com." This would be in addition to VZW ETF. To be honest though, I don't see someone ending a plan within 6 months. I would check to see if changing plans after signup is even possible for 6 months though.
