You can print Documents & emails using:

    Alan McGrath's outlook's AutoPrint Add-In for Outlook

    "www.mcgrathtechnology.com/addins]Free add-ins for Outlook"

I found this add-in on the Microsoft site.

    1. I downloaded the add-in and installed it.
    2. Opened Outlook
    3. went to options
    4. went to autoprint tab
    5. set configurations & subject Key words
    6. I sent an email from my storm to this computer's email

It printed. I have tried word, excell & PDF documents they all printed.

Have to have a PC with at least Outlook Version 2002

No special frills just prints e-mail and or Attachments

If email is open it will autoprint the email if not it will print once you open Outlook.

Works for me as my outlook is always open or minimized

The best thing is it is a FREE add-in for outlook and no montlhy fees.

Why do you need this guy's "add-in" when this can be configured with outlook rules anyway? Sounds like spyware to me.

I found this information on Microsofts Outlook Website.

If it is so easy to set-up how come it is not mentioned anywhere on this forum?

You are quick to imply that it may have spyware which you have no knowledge of.

Why do you not share your expert knowledge and post the steps to set up outlook to auto print only emails and or attachments based on the subject name.

I don't think it's spyware, and it does have a few features that go beyond a simple "print on receipt" rule.

This is the rule I was thinking of. If it has other features it could be useful.
