    well, the problem is, i followed the steps on the blackberry 101 page on crackberry, i deleted the vendor file....unless there is more then one, but when i open up bbdm it recognizes the update it there at first, then it jus goes away after it checks the phone and stuff

    I had the same problem, I then used apploader instead of DM and I got it installed.
