my friend has an 8110 and when he goes to the address book and clicks on a name to dial out, the phone adds a *89 to the number and then wont dial out. How can we prevent this from happening? He has ATT as his provider...I have never had this problem with my pearl.

Have him check his dialing options sometimes some ppl think the *89 service works on cell phone
