I have a blackberry bold which was configured by my company thru the enterprise server. They did some settings and blocked some applications like BBM. Now I am no longer with the company and using the same handset. I have done a Wipe Handheld, but I am still not able to see and use the BBM. I dont have the icon on my handheld and when I try to install the same it gives an error saying that - you cannot install the same as per administrator rights.

I want to know how can I install and use BBM ?

    Can someone help

you have to remove the policy that the BB has, first use BBSAK to do a factory reset then try to install the BBM, DO NOT DO A BACKUP INCLUDING THE POLICY FILES or you'll lose the factory reset, my advice just backup the contacts, SMS and Emails if you want to, or don't back up anything and that should work, at least it works for me.
