Help please...when I plug my Storm into my laptop the mass storage folders don't pop-up any more. There is an option in options/memory to enable mass storage and that does nothing. I just downloaded new drivers and still can't get it to work.

I am guessing this is a refurbed storm. If it is do a backup then call cs. I went thru this twice with vzw, if you go to the store make them test it or give you a NEW one. The refurbs have this bug well some of them. Hope this helped.
Oh I think there is a fix online but I could not get it to work with mine. Good luck.

If you are using 191 you have to manually set mas storage to yes for always on when connected.

Thank you guys for help. I have tried battery pulls....lol. This is a refurb and I will check out the links that Aberk07 gave me and if it doesn't help I'll head back to Vzw. I'll post back.
