First impressions and opinions? I think it looks pretty cool if you use your phone more for social networking and entertainment. If you're a business user, there's no reason to leave your BB as the Motoblur interface won't do much for business users.

Great UI and it looks like it's going to push e-mail. If Verizon eventually offers it I will definitely be checking it out!
