Comic Reader Mobi lets you read zip, rar, cbz and cbr files on your blackberry.
One of the things that makes it especially unique is its smart lens. you can click on any text on the page, and that section will pop out, allowing you to easily read the comic without ever having to scroll around.
when you get to a regular computer you can check out the video here:
comicreader.mobi
(can someone with more than 10 posts link that for me?)
This is something I definitely want to try out. Opens up a whole new avenue of enjoyment for my Storm. Thanks for posting it up and thanks to the developer for putting this together.
well just downloaded it... i'll give it a test run later and see hoe it goes. Very excited about something like this... miss reading my comics from when I was younger... would be mad cool to read them again when waiting in line or whatnot

Note that the APP cannot use CBR files at the moment. If you do plan to use CBR file change them to RAR files.
I was able to read an entire comic this morning and it is very cool.
No, I fixed that bug. The app should be able to find CBR files now
I cannot get the app installed...I see something about a .bat file in your forums, but it isn't included in the zip file, and the alx doesn't work...please help!!
Thanks for the file...I got it installed and I placed a few CBRs and RARs in the root of my memory card and in the root of the on board memory and yes I put them in folders named "COMICS" and when I open the prog it says I even tried naming the folder "comic" any suggestions? Thanks....looks like its going to be great!!!

:-( Forgot to mention that I did a battery pull before posting...I am using .191, I hope that's not the issue...
From above you appear to have done everything right.
I'm using .148 so maybe the OS is the issue.
Even though I do not think it's an issue. Try having one folder called "Comics" on just your SD card.
(I had folders on both it and it worked fine but you never know)
