I would choose the Bold, based on size, and Wi-Fi capability. Memory and camera are of little concern to me, at least at this point.
No matter how fast your network is, just downloading applications on Wi-Fi is generally faster (depends on your connection, of course). Also, some see the Bold as too big, but it's a great fit for me.
Bold for sure. As mentioned, wi-fi is very important to me. I won a free Storm and I decided to sell it when I found out it lacked the wi-fi.. :-( I would not choose to buy a smartphone that doesn't have it.

Tour. More memory[ i have enough right now], better camera,[of no use to me] smaller size,[smaller is not better and i dont have girly hands] higher res screen. not apparent to the naked eye
the choice for me would be the Bold.....WiFi WiFi WiFi....best keyboard bar none...the way i look at it there is nothing that the Tour can do that the Bold cant
if carriers were similar and allowed wifi i would chose Tour! better screen res, better camera, black trackball, smaller in size and feels better in the hands!

it would feel better in your hands if you have little hands...i dont so the Bold's size with the roomy keyboard fits me
Bold. Tour is miniscule, and feels much more plasticky and cheap in hand. Bold has a much better keypad, WiFi, and larger screen. And, I really like the larger size of the Bold.
i like the widescreen LCD on the bold better. you know people often mistake why the tour has high screen res. the tour is 480x360. the bold is 480x320.. the higher res doesnt come due to the fact of 360vs 320.. that only has to due with the physical dimensions of the screen(number of vertical pixels resulting in a taller screen)..it's the fact that the pixels are packed into a smaller screen.. so it's 245ppi vs. 217ppi. negligible difference, really.
but the bold has a bigger screen, and cleaner lines, no goofy bezel.
once again... i wish they would make a REAL bold 2. the onyx is not a flagship-worthy device, IMO
