I've finally had it with the trackball not moving left so I swung by the local VZW store and told them about it, he said "Not a problem" went right to the back and got a brand new one out of the box (Green dot, made in Mexico) switched my things over for me. No more loose batt door and the trackball is Perfect!! I truly have the perfect phone now.

Give it a week. My replacements were both "perfect" for about a week....

My first tour had build issues with rubber poking out from where the screen meets the side of the phone coupled with the vzw tech unknowingly to me having to use a small screwdriver to remove the battery door...

On my second one now and everything is fine.
