So I picked up my 4th warranty replacement tour from big red today...wtf

First Tour has a trackball that sticks while scrolling.

Second Tour can not read sd cards even after flipping "media card
support" on.

Third Tour has stubborn top standby button that creaked and wouldn't activate (black earphone piece felt loose).

While I love my new tour, the many problems I'm encountering are getting beyond ridiculous. I think I'm going to rename it the BB Tear for all the tears I've shed for so long ;(

man i feel bad for you, mad props for realizing that tour is regardless an amazing bb... ive already had it crash on me serveral times due to loading apps... so now im totally afraid to downloading any apps cuz ive got it jus perfect again.. lol... one day they'll be perfect!

Too bad a battery pull can't fix hardware issues too, lolerz!

Hang in there, soon enough they'll get better...they need to release an OS update for the Tour owners.
