    I have a curve 8310 that is 1 yr old. Whenever I am on a call that last for 20 minutes or more the phone shuts down ( I get an hourglass then it says "verifying software") and turns back on. I took it to an ATT store and they replaced my Cingular SIM card with an ATT SIM card, hoping that would fix it. It made it worse. I used to be able to talk for another 20 minutes before it would shut down again, now I get about another 3 minutes before it shuts down.
    I don't have internet on my phone, never did. Anyone know how to fix this? I could really use some help. The Blackberry website was NO help at all and of course my phone's out of warranty by now.

    try wiping the decive and reloading an OS on it i guess. strange
