Ok I loaded .191 and I like what is has to offer. I need my BBM and camera so I loaded .140 and now I have flick scrolling on .140. Not sure what happened. I didnt replace anything, I just simply reloaded .140. And no I did not put that lame flick scrolling app on my phone.

Did u make sure you actually downgraded ? Maybe you just think you did but it wasn't successful .

I wouldnt think it would be radio dependent as flick scrolling to me seems to be a cosmetic (OS based) feature not a hardware feature. maybe I'm wrong...

boo that's not cool. But I figured the camera and video camera would work considering you're on .140 and they worked on that build

I uninstalled the .191 os and then reinstalled .140 just like I have done 40 + times. I didnt do anything with the COD files.
