I'm having a problem loading this on to my storm. I have loaded many os's and this time the loader is not recognizing that I'm trying to upgrade my software. I'm currently running the .151/167 hybrid and definitely want to load the .191. I have it on my computer, deleted vendor file, deleted the previous os ect. Don't know what else to do. Also just downgraded to .148. went to a stock and thought maybe that would fix the prob. Still didn't help.

go to c:>program files>common files>research in motion>apploader>and run apploader.exe, see if that works if you hav't figured it out already
I am having the same problem. I am running .151 currently.
I remember seeing that you have to reinstall DM and tell it to not automatically check for updates, which I've done. Still not working. Perhaps try that reinstall again?
LOL tried all other ave's to get this loaded. Then I right clicked on the apploader, ran as administrator and all was good. Thank you very much Amavit.
That gets annoying sometimes lol
