I'm having major problems here on my new tour, I'm trying to load an app I purchased "Total Fitness for Blackberry" the spec's say it is compatible with the 9630, when I try to load it i get this error:
"The Protocol specified is not supported by the handheld. Please try a different URL"
I did a forums and a Google search on this and found literally hundreds of posts, but each post had no fixes, and always ended in " If anyone out there knows a fix for this please post". According to the posts it occurs on all flavors of Blackberries, and applications dealing with downloading from the internet.
if any one has come across this, any help would be appreciated.
