What is the frequency that you guys are getting random resets / reboots?

I seem to be getting them almost daily at least once. This generally occur while using the browser or camera.

I don't have any 3rd party apps and my phone is pretty much vanilla. (4 day old phone.)

I have yet to have a random reboot even once since day 1

I think something is wrong with your phone. Get the replacement phone if you are within 30 days return period.

Yes, I just got another reboot.

I had to call tech support to let them know so the VZW store doesn't give me the run around again since I just got a wipe the last time I was there. And was told I had to repro a random reboot in front of them when I'm under warranty! pfft...

Definitely "NOT" normal. Mine has been very stable too.

Is it with the original battery?

A friend got a (supposedly) OEM Battery from ebay that looks like a RIMM original... works great until it gets down to around 30% power left and then dies/shuts itself down without any low battery messages or anything!

I'm coming from the storm. I've had the tour for over a month now. Haven't had one single random reboot. Its nice to have a fully functional phone.

Twice a day is definitely not normal, especially if you have no third party apps. I have never experienced a random reboot ever. The only times my phone reboots are when I update an app or the Quickpull I have scheduled every morning.

Yes as far as I know it's the original battery. Well I just exchanged for another one, hopefully 3rd times the charm! Time to test it out!

It's becoming rather annoying tiresome to have to keep going back and re-setting up the phone every time.
