How did you "accidentally" delete it all? If you used crackmem you can just use that to restore it to the OS on the PC then reinstall it to your phone.

I grabbed the wrong folder when using file scout. So it was deleted right from the handset.

Maybe if you resend the service books they'll come back?

Dumb question.... whats wrong with not having them? Freed up memory!
You can always find some generic ringtones on the web if thats what you need.

Yeah that's basically what I did. Now it just more of a matter of seeing if it can be done.
