When viewing video's on my 8820 the full screen size is not, it is only about half and is a smaller square. Is there a way to get the video to fill the full screen?

I have learned a tremendous amount here but have not been able to find an answer to this. I look forward to your replies!

While viewing the video hit the function button and then Full Screen. It takes a few seconds for it to come up so be patient.
