It's driving me nuts. I have a symbol at the top of my screen that has the number 6 just to the left of a circle with an arrow pointing down to the lower left. The circle has a small red asterik in the upper right hand corner.
I though it was a symbol to tell me that I have updates from BlackBerry App World but after updating all of what I had this symbol still remains. What is this thing?
app world, make sure to check your "messages" folder and not just your individual email ones...a lot of people get separate inboxes then hide the "messages" icon since it's redundant for the email folders, but non-email messages still go to the cumulative area...PIN, and other alerts as well...
