Is there any way to delete any pre-installed apps?
Also, I uninstalled a couple apps I downloaded through appworld. How can I make them disappear permanently?

Those are usually pushed with your service books. All you can really do is hide them or make a new Junk folder and move them in there.
It's just a way for Verizon to sell add-on's
