Here in the last couple of weeks i have noticed if somebody fowards/sends me a text and it has sound i can't here it!?!?!? When i used to have my 8330 i would just open the message/text and it would play the slideshow/video and sounds would come on by it self! On my 9630 i notice that that if there is a sound of any kind i see that it states "MUTE" but i have no idea how to "un-mute" it! Any help?!?!?!
