I have mine listed with the full name & company that they work for (even if they are personal friends of mine). This helps me to keep each contact straight & make fewer mistakes. I mean if I didn't use full names I would be confused when I went to call Mike as I have literally 13 different Mikes in my contact list.

All of my contact details are completed in full TBK and sync with Outlook. I used to have middle names within Outlook that would obviously sync to my BB. However, I didn't particularly like seeing all given names for a contact in my inbox. So I removed the middle names. I guess that would be the only exception to complete details. Okay, maybe there's one other... I have "Dad", "Mom", and "Parents" for my parents rather than their names.

I like to have all of this info as well. I usually try to snap a pic of them if I can as well, when I remember to do this, I usually forget to take the picture until after I have left & I am putting the contact info into my phone.

After this I usually do a backup of my phone as well, because you just never know.

Full everything, all the info I can have about them. I tend to ignore phone calls / email if I dont know immediately who it is. So having all their stuff helps me a bit.

I guess my address book is jacked up compared to everyone else's. I have a mix of all three, some abbreviated, some full and some semi abbreviated. Im now motivated to organize it, thanks guys!

For companies, I put their logo. Generally, from Google Images.

Minimal information. It's a hodge-podge of first names, first names with last initials, company names or places of business, and nicknames. Even my home number is in there just as "CFRI" ... for Central Falls, Rhode Island (my city).
