Is there something out there that has a bit more depth than what comes on the Blackberry?

I like MaraTic. Not real detailed but it is free. She'll have to try for herself.

No, it was my disdain for post that don't actually answer
    the question. Like this one:

Check them out sometime in the biz section.

For a great catch-all note taker, use Evernote. It syncs up to the web, and you can download a desktop app for your computer as well. You can attach photos to it, plus other file types as well (with the paid version). The free version is probably plenty for you. I use it for all my random notes-- passwords, notes from calls, etc.

For a great project/task manager, try ToDoMatrix. It's not cheap ($59) but after a 1-month hunt, it's the one I went with, and it's excellent. All your data gets backed up online, and it's very easy to keep tabs on projects in various states of completion with multiple tasks.

For a very simple and easy to-do app, I use the free MaraTick. It's great for lists of stuff to pack for a trip, or stuff to shop for, etc. It is easy to add and sort stuff by category ("department").

Thank you for the info, I am trying Evernote and the one from Softpedia. Going to see which I like best. I have always been a list person, no matter how much I try and use my berry for everything. Would love to find and app to use with my berry. Thanks!
