Well, my bold fell from my hand. When I opened it, there was this rainbow colored thingy on the right side of my screen!! When I press on it, it becomes white Can someone please help me! I'm desperate!

I had this happen to an old Nextel I had when I dropped it three stories and sorry to sat it but the screen itself had to replaced being as you can afford to buy a screen I guess you will just have to live with it. Sorry man.

the truth always hurt........ the scenario u mentioned is indicative of a fractured LCD. u'll need a new screen. time for u to put in some wkend hours working for the $ to get that screen replaced.

I doubt that would be covered under warranty. Best to save your money for a screen replacement then.

If you have insurance, and you lose your phone, it can be replaced under insurance. I know you didnt lose your phone, but im just sayin.

I'd be inclined to take it to the store, they that it was in your pocket, in it's leather case provided by RIM. When you took it out, it was broken.

lol and the scratches and dents on the bezel were caused by the leather case too :-P

I can tell you. The dumb.... very professional and caring staff at our wonderful Vodafone stores don't check.
