How do I fix it from being so slow? It is so annoying and constantly freezes which is NOT acceptable because I try to talk to my deployed fiance on yahoo and if I do anything else while talking to him it freezes often. As well as just randomly through out the day. I deleted everything off it I don't use and I delete all my messages often. I don't know what else to do, I have only had it about 2 weeks it shouldnt be slow already.
Check out the upgrade guide in my signature line. It will get you on the road to recovery, that is, if it's an OS problem and *not* a hardware problem.

Yeah I went back to the 148 and man is it so slow. Going back to the .151 soon as I'm really tired of the browser taking for ever. Only thing is I do know what my probs are. The only thing I don't really know is why I'm getting errors with the hybrid installers. I change locations and everything but still can't seem to get them to install at the right place. Have done them with success in the past and now probs. Any advice on that would be appreciated.
I run official OS and my phone is pretty fast. Thee is a wealth of information here. If you are slow after trying these suggestions, then take it in for a look.
