Don't think you can. AT&T phones are GSM and Verizon phones are CDMA. They're two incompatible networks.

You could move a Sprint phone to Verizon (and vise versa).
You could also move a T-Mobile (also a GSM provider) to AT&T (and vise versa).
You couldn't take a T-Mobile or AT&T phone to either Sprint of Verizon.

the only exceptions to this might be the BlackBerry 8830 or the Storm, since they're world phones. Even then, I'm not absolutely sure with those two models.

You can't use an 8310 on Verizon. Unlocking just allows you to use it on another GSM carrier, T-Mobile for example, not a CDMA carrier. The Storm and the Tour can be unlocked and used on both GSM and CDMA networks. The 8830 cannot be used on US GSM networks.
