    you can just enter your password in wrong 10 times and will clear the phone, or go on under options>security options>general settings>blackberry menu>wipe handheld.

    it will clear everything on there including your address book!

    yeah, i just want to erase the address book. i guess im gonna have to erase them all individually. boo.

    this phone is great but they really missed a lot when designing it...

    LOL!!!! use desktop manager to do backup. wipe handheld, restore all but contacts.
