Does any Verizon Tour owner want to help a Sprint guy out? I want that Verizon battery door, but I can't find one. I saw one on eBay once and should have jumped on it but no luck. Anyway, I am willing to pay one of you Verizon guys for a battery door, like $10 or $15 plus shipping. I'll trade you, or if you can grab an extra from a store near you that's cool too. PM me if you're interested. Thanks!

They won't let you buy a battery door? Do they make sure you're on a plan and verify the PW before buying it or something? lol it wouldn't surprise me, but I'd hope they would sell anyone a battery door!

That's strange that they wouldn't sell you one. Who cares if you're a customer or not, they're making money!

Well the stores close to me don't have any extras laying around so until they do I'm stuck, and me being the impatient type, I thought I'd try you guys here.

First, I'd recommend finding a friend or someone else you know who has a Verizon Storm. Ask them if you can try the backdoor to see if it fits to solve this problem once and for all.

Buy from a reputable buyer on e-bay...

    or try cnn.cn

I simply went into a Verizon store several days ago and asked for one off a return and they gave me a door. No questions asked at all.

The backdoor on the Storm won't fit the backdoor on the Tour

If you go to Coveroo you can not only buy a battery door from Verizon but get a pretty cool design of your choice at the same time and they are a good company to deal with . They advertise on Crackberry all the time.

for those of you that bought battery cover from an online dealer, does it solve the "Loose Cover" problem that has been plaguing the tour?

Great idea! I didn't think of that, my only concern is that I can't tell if the one Coveroo sells is the one with the soft touch around the edges. Can you confirm that?

Yeah I brought one from that link and made my offer for $15 wished I would have said $10, but my offer was accepted with free shipping, and I'm hoping it would solve my loose door misfit.
