i tried searching but cant find anything and it was quite hard to think of proper search terms.

okay i REALLY like the "audible" feature of the trackball but i do not like how it clicks when im on the Quiet, Off, Vibrate, or Phone only sound profiles.

is there a way for it only to be on in the other profiles?

Nope. It seems that's an option only associated with the device not with the sound profiles.
