Well, as far as the alltel tech rep told me "it's a known issue and it's being worked on to get fixed." i don't know of a time that it's been down this long before since i've gotten a blackberry.. hope they get it up soon!

yarg. they had an overload problem with texts a while back. i got the brunt of that one.
