so my alt key decides when it wants to be used down to type like 1234. rather i have to push and release each time.... any ideas and also the keyboard is virtually useless while the phone is plugged in. takes about 5 pushes to answer a call. any ideas this just started this morning!!

my buddy has the same issue and found that a key had been stuck down just slightly so he could not push 2 keys at the same time. Look at all your keys and see if any of them are stuck either all the way down or half way. Also he said that the rubber case he had was holding the camera key about half in causing him the same issue as well. He used a razer blade to trim some of the case away from the camera button. Hope this helps
