Hi, it means u have downloaded the desktop manager and chose Enterpise(work email) as your email integration option instead opf personal email. U can uninstall and reinstall the desktop manager or modify/repair it or whatever that's says in add/remove programs lol

If you have Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES), it means that your berry needs to be activated by your IT department.
Contact them, and they can walk you through it. They have to give you a password. If you are using the incorrect or expired password, you will get this message.
