I have developed my own one if anyone would like to use it, Blackberry Messenger Barcode Generator.

Once generated you will be given your own url, from there you can;

• Save your barcode image.
• Embed on your website. (via HTML snippet provided)
• Share your link on Twitter, Facebook or any other social network.
• Bookmark your page for future reference.
