Hi,

When using the gps navigation with BBmaps or google after a short time my screen saver kicks in and it all goes black, it there a way of turning this off...doesnt make using my BB easy for navigation

I don't think you can disable that... however, I've found that while driving using GoogleMaps as long as I'm moving my screen does not go to black... but it does when I get into city traffic and have to stop at traffic lights.... I just wake it up when I get going again.

yup just wake it back up.. its just tryn to save you some battery life.. as far as changing it, not shure this is my 1st BB
