i can't seem to figure it out, delete perivous OS, and even tried my lap top to laod the OS, was trying 5.0, i've searched and found that its becuase there isn't a OS installl one the hard drive? but i have one.
its still says "the blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device software for the device that you have connected."
