I see a lot of complaints threads on the Tour, but what % of people are really having serious problems with their Tour? I'm curious to know this.

My Tour works well - both the hardware and software are flawless. And by flawless I mean they work the way they intend to.

Yes!!!! I'm so in love! Best berry ever and I've had LOTS of them. Only bug I've seen is my music restarts when I get a message while jamming with my headphones. But I just put the profile on silent and its all good. Nothing a little update can't fix.

I love my Tour though!

No problems here at all really. I have a somewhat loose battery door but it doesn't really bother me. Other than that no issues with my Tour

My Tour works flawlessly. I had the chrome bezel move around but I tightened the TORX screws and fixed that issue.

I haven't had any of the issues I've seen posted here. The trackball has slipped once or twice, but when I used my left hand to try to get it to move, it was just find, so it's probably just my error.

I love mine! Its amazing.its the best bb I've had. I used to have the storm, and I actually liked it, and this by farrrrr blows it outta the water. Happy touring people!!

First Tour- "J" key was finicky, otherwise this one was perfect.

Second- track ball wouldn't scroll horizontal, soft touch sides didn't line up with the chrome bezel on the top corners.

Third- I think this will be the keeper. boots faster than my first(3.5min vs 5min, never timed the second as I only had it for 2hrs), trackball and keyboard seems solid, there is some slight overhang up on the top corners at the chrome, but it seems to be the best overall. not sure if I wanna risk switching out again. Oh and this one has 4MB more free memory on bootup with the exact same configuration as my first.

Right after I downloaded buzzme I had a freeze, upon boot I couldn't scroll. After deleting the app however I was back to the great, flawless device I know and love. No lag, no trackball, no dust.

So far so good. Only bug I've found is sometimes the browser want to close a page instead of backing out of it.

Amazingly. Mine works absolutely perfect. Not a single issue what so ever. Call quality is great, screen is absolutely amazing in definition, trackball is a little tight but losening up the more I use it.

Finally, after 7 storms I have a working reliable blackberry.

Oh, I also ditched the standard is and have it running on the 5.0 hybrid, seems to run smoother with the 5.0 files in there.
