I searched the forums and have not seen this problem yet, if i missed it then please direct me to that thread.

I got a notification on facebook saying that there is an update to .21 so i did the update and now my bbm is no where to be found.. what did i do wrong?

yes i tried a battery pull & even updated the OS with t-mobiles official version..
